Is There a Right Testing Regime for Mariana?

The state of illinois gets more tax revenue from mariana than from alcohol. I think, my sense is the tite labor market and the decentralized nature of production lock us into a mariana industry that even if we decide it's not ideal, we will have big trouble getting rid of it. We don't test for alcohol, but we do on drugs. And many people who argue for mara want to say they're no different. But it's not as if i'm super excited about a lot of alcohol use in the workplace or drug use in the workplaces.
