The Growth Stage of the Business

The business is about 30 years old in the structure of the business. The move from classroom based training to e-learning or digital learning, depending on what you're calling it, started to accelerate where there were cost savings and time savings. And so a lot of our growth, we've been growth percentage of 45% Kga. But to support that growth, we have needed to obviously invest in people, in platforms, in structure that allows us to keep that growth rate up. So where we might have been in a L&D department somewhere, now we're often in the CXO level of an organization.
