After 2000, USA cycling had a bit of a restructure reorg house cleaning. I was handed six emails that were printed and it said these riders have said they would ride for you. So I just started scouting and paying attention to every single race that existed. And I ran across Kristin's name in San Dimas stage race. She ended up being the oldest athlete to win a cycling gold medal.
