What Makes Sense?

I don't want a guy working for me that has a plan that he thinks doesn't make sense. A lot of the bad examples of incentives come from banking and investment banking. We try to figure out what makes sense in each business we're in. Some businesses where the top person is enormously important. There's some businesses where the business itself dominates the nature, the result.
