Is It a Defensive or an Offensive Mindset When You're Coming in on an Interim Basis?
In the case of Fritifa, I've just sort of decided not to leave. I've got mid-stubborn and decided I'm going to have a go at myself. The only reason that I came in this interim is we did bring somebody in. And so, what does that role encompass? Is it a sort of defensive or offensive mindset when you're coming in on an interim basis? Really good question. So, probably it's not 50-50.
