The Benefits of High Hands Golfing
There are certain advantages that a higher arm swing plane you arm, your lead arm creates at the top. High hands allow more time for the club to accelerate into the down swing. And it likely then helps with longer irons and clubs, and longer clubs like woods. i feel like high hands are advantageous in in that they can creat a steeper angle of attack,. making it easy to play from the rough and bad liers.
