Is There a Difference Between Running and Life?

Matt: I look at running very similar to the way that I look at mental health. When things start to get hard, can you take that deep breath? Can you relax? Can you continue to move forward? And if you get better at doing things like that with running, there's obviously physiological and biochemistry. But it makes you better at handling other things in life. We have a lot of questions from people, we won't be able to hit them all.
