The Strategic Benefits of Using the Word De-Growth

I was wondering if you have thoughts on the strategic benefit of using the word de-growth. The argument I can think of against it that I sometimes sort of see is that it's somehow like alienating or creates misconceptions. There's alternative frameworks or frames which to some degree talk about the same thing, but not always. You could also think of something like alter growth, similar to alter globalization.
