i have an e pat downstairs with an alarm that goes off three minutes after my main onean this sucks every single morning. If i at least look out the window, drink a glass of water and get just a little bit of walking, that's great. And then i try to go for a walk, like ten minutes, 20 minutes. This is a big thing, and i reallis everyone has her own opinion on this, but a purposeful movement is something that we don't get a lot of if we live out in the suburbs. Specially if we work at home. I have house ig awong from the bedroom to my home office, and i do my work.
