How Do You Get That Next Critical Breakthrough?

Leaders have this sort of dual responsibility where I have to maintain whatever operation I've got stewardship for. But there always is the next thing I'm trying to do. And so the disciplines are like, how do you get that next thing done right in the face of that hundred mile an hour? We call it the whirlwind of maintaining everything else. Okay.
