Is Your Running Shoe Not Right for You?

If you feel like you're sliding around in your shoe or if you have to like tighten it so much that the upper portion of your midfoot is screaming. That's a good sign that shoe is probably not right for you. And then also I think there's a level of responsiveness in the mid soul that will resonate differently with everybody based on your stride frequency and how long you are running. If you get done with runs and you feel absolutely beat up this could be an indication to go look for different models.
