By 2003, the company was back in black. We were very, very proud of that. There's no alternative, but be a really good airline and one that people want to fly on. And we did it because we had employees that wanted to fix the airplane. They wanted to make the flight. If you have an ambivalent workforce, you probably, they don't get in your way, but they don't help. You need to brush thinking.
