Climate Change Transitions - Where Are We on Finance?
Nigeria has declared that by 20 15, 51 coal and gaspor pland will be shut down. But how? Nobody talks about how. We cannot expect countries to make full transitions on air and smoke. We need real finance. Wangeera: Where are we on this finance? Has any of this money appeared? Of course, not. In tere yere are noises. This is where it starts and this is where it ends. So on finance, we're failing. It's as simple as that.
