A Aurora database would be an example of a static resource. Once you create it, you're unlikely to delete it. VPCs, S3 buckets, lambdas, things like that. VPNs. A bank integrates with so many providers and everybody wants to side to side VPN's. That also has to be considered. We want to unify how those things are created. But and here's the emphasis: We want to make sure that they can be created.
