Puden Can Control Propaganda

If puden had information outside of his little unit of agreers, he would have seen the same message. So why would we think that his, his a small band of advisers are the problem when they're saying the same thing everybody else was saying? Do you know why? Because puden can control propaganda completely. If you control propaganda completely, you don't need an occupation force. You just do it with persuasion.
