How to Sell Fruit on Consignment
There were five or six different sizes you know and those days they were two threes three four fives. The public loves those things are big and red they'll just snap them up, but for me to get though we're going to have to thin too much so what you want will make me go broke. We want a medium size so we get a lot of them and they say yeah, but if you didn't calibrate right you would send in. And then the big five or four fours that were smaller fruit could sit in that packing house for three 3 to 6 eight weeks before being sold on consignment.
