I think about helping people are mentally ill, that we can do a much better job. I believe there's also lots of homeless people here in baltimore. Many of them are either drug attics or mentally ill in some way. What should i actually do about it at a practical, politic level? I don't know. And i really don't have anything to offer. But again, happy to listen to other people's ideas.
