Is There Such a Specificity in the Process of Creating a Painting?
I think sometimes i, but a really subtle way, and just like a really sort of unconscious, sparkly, gentle motivation. And the pieces come clear as i work. It's all very intuitive. I don't say, oh, i'm going to make this person look different than the reference. I just use that reference as sort of a consistency of light source um. And then i let the anatomy sort of unfold a to take on its own character. So i guess is some sort of personality coming through. And i work with these strong themes, and lots of animals, as you mentioned, and nature themes am to help illustrate that we are part of nature, not apart from it
