What Do You Think About Anxiety?
Anxiety can make you feel shamed and embarrassed, which is a hard place to be. I wish someone had recorded when it was like my worst in about the late about 2007. The journey out of that deep spiral isn't quick, but it is quicker than you might expect. It's an even small shift to take away that feeling of being gripped by panic.
