Charles O'reily and i were particularly interested in the case of women. Women have different opportunities for dealing with burn out, they say. It's more acceptable for them to express vulnerability than it is for men. In terms of apting out, historically, women have had opportunities outside of getting to the sea suete that are much moreacceptable for them than men. They get to a certain point and they say, you know what? I don't have to do this any more.
