The Economic Impact of the Northwest Arkansas Real Estate Market

Tyson Foods, JB Hunt Transportation and Walmart are all headquartered in Northwest Arkansas. People have been moving to the area at a rate of about 35 to 38 people per day. The average days on market seems high at 94 days but we would need to be at 120 days for buyer's market. Our rent vacancy across Northwest Arkansas, 1.5%.
