CLJACS and Bjornsson's Findings on BFR Training

CLJACS saw no appreciable changes in type one or type two fiber hypertrophy in untrained participants doing leg extensions with either BFR to failure or with sets of 12 at 70% of 1RM on like so heavy load traditional training for six weeks. So overall, the take home from the systematic review is we don't know yet. It's very challenging to make any kind of take home observation. Could it be Bjornsson who had the aberrant results or could it be Hanson who have found the opposite?
