The Disadvantages of France's Lockdown

It was my partner's birthday on Friday, the first day of the new lockdown. So we filled out our certificates and went for a walk. One of the sort of annoyances is that basically, France has just sort of added more paperwork into your life again. You have to complete an attistation, a release form every time you step outside.
