The Tax Consequences of a Starbucks NFT Acquisition

I have a feeling it wasn't as a result of how these rewards programs had shaped up. I believe it was most likely was all to just issues that came up in audits and information that they wanted to track going forward on who it acquired NFTs are a huge part of unreported income. It may be a large reason why the rollout of Odyssey has been delayed since December. There are now broker recording rules that were proposed under the IHA, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. And that would require Starbucks to submit information on customers and transactions.
