Summer programs are an excellent way to really learn how computer science is taught at the college level. For like PRCS, Stanford is really great. Carnegie Mellon also has some interdisciplinary programs like computational biology. University of Chicago has both just plain CS courses, but also courses for data science and applications of CS.
