How Mentorship Helped You Grow Your Business
Sharita: Having a mentor helped me to kind of not make some of the same mistakes when it came to my growing my business. Len: Mentorship can help guide you in ways that you never thought about and be able to open certain doors that you may not have access to. Sharita: It's very hard for the people to believe that I am an introvert. That's what makes me an extrovert. So having that mentor to help me to really shape my voice and know that my voice adds value is important.
