The EU's Natural Friendlyness Towards Innovation

I worry about the EU's sort of natural friendliness towards innovation. I mean, in a way a bigger organisation can't be as nimble as a smaller one. But the scientists will tell you they need to collaborate closely and most of them will regret not being able to do that as effectively having left. So again, I just think it's this, this, this,. this,this, this,This both sides of the ledger. And so I now want to try and help.
