One of the things we're trying to do in the book is suggest that what's most beneficial from this first generation of theologians, the Neo-Calvinist theology. We talk about it in generic ways about being conservative, conservation confessional and marked by being for the modern. It's a posture that seeks to learn and speak dogmatics in every age according to the philosophical grammars of that age.
