I'm very keen that we don't normalize suicide, you know, I think suicide is ever not a normal human experience. For those who are suffering, are less reticent about expressing what they're experiencing and for those who hear the words are less fearful about hearing them. People can have a conversation where you can talk about these really painful existential issues without a worrying that you might get whisked off to hospital or get sectioned, or misunderstood. And so it is a management system really, it's being self-aware, and I do wear my heart, my sleeve,.
