Are There Other Ways to Use User Feedback?

i want to talkill a bit more about around data. Obviously user feedback becomes data, become currency to help us make decisions. Are there other ways? I'm thinking of limited access sometimes o clients or customers,. Whether they maybe don't have data or analytics, or they don't want to share it. What are other places beyond jus, straight user feedback, which is a tremendous mount of data? Is there another place we can look to help validate our decisions as we build our road maps?
