Everything you do comes from intention and comes from it all starts with a thought in mind. Nothing happens without being intentional, we're not sitting here talking on a podcast without being intentional. You need to write it down, map out your strategy, how you're going to get there, and you need to recite it and review it every day. Because if not, your feelings are going to succumb to the things hat you're trying to do. And l you know, all it comes down to is creating a new standard, up in your standard.
