How to Execute an Incident Response Plan
The communications plan can make or break the event at the end, says John Sutter. The best way around crisis exercises is to conduct them a couple of times each year and offer food as an incentive for people who might not want to spend time on a drill. Even though incident response is not rocket science in concept, executing the incident response plan can get messy quickly, writes Sutter.
