How the Digital Era Has Changed War Crimes Trials
Digital era has revolutionized evidence that can be put to war crimes trials. Civilians, just individuals on the ground, vidioing o what they see before them as witnesses and uploading it in such a way that it can be easily beare id and traceable. Now we have non governmental organizations like belling catces at the leading edge of this - able to also identify the military vehicles that are being used. So it's not just the witnessing of the war crimes themselves, but actually identifying who's responsible for them.
