Learning Fear and Being Good at It Makes You More Dependable and Dependable
Fear is a feeling that tells us we're in danger. So it's there to let us ask for help. Instead of asking for help so often instead we try to overcome our fear and silence it rather than use our fear to, to learn how to live life. Loneliness kills. I mean, it really does, it creates heart disease. If you're not known from the inside out, you live with your blood pressure higher than other peoples because cortisol forms plaque, which forms heart disease. Knowing and naming our feelings, feeling our feelings, telling the truth about them makes a difference.
