A lot of this gets back to this vicious cycle. What happens is, you get a patient, they undergo eventual herne repair, and perhaps they're not optimized. And then that patient may get, i a complication for example, a surgical side infection. That infection leads to readmission and may lead to wound breakdown,. fastion breakdown and a subsequent herne recurrence. So our goal is really to how can we stop this cycle? How can we get those patients in a better state of health?"
