Are You Going to Run It as One Unit?
Each of those ten companies has, i you'r saying, a board of directors, a ceo, a marketing organization and a marketing budget, a sales team. There's some differentiation for sure but you're not getting economies of scale. And so you need to figure out, are you going to run it as one unit or two? It could just be that you're combining those ten market is using marketing isn't inocent, as an example. You're just combining them, nd making sure that they are still sort of working, working in alignment and collaboration.
