What's the Challenge of Overprofessionalization?

Life expectancy is increasing, people then have stopped our dying at home. So it's kind of hidden away. Those final hours often are people not present for or if they are, they're just sitting passively. That's the job that's often done by nurses and health care assistants. There needs to be a way of im supporting every one to understand how to respond to death and dying. What designs me. How do you care for some one who's caring for some one else? How do you support them? We need good medical care but it can't be the entirety of our response to death and Dying.
