The Roomstone by Simon Storing
The Roomstone text editor is on the iPhone and iPad. It uses the files document browser to let you open and save anything that can be considered a text file in a bunch of different formats. What I really like is how well it performs with giant text files, which is not something that a lot of apps get right. Simon spent some time this week building a shortcut that scrapes Twitter.com's source code for tweets.
