There are different business models on amazon than just doing that traditional approach. Retail arbitrage is going into a physical store, buying something and then taking it home,. shipping it to amazons warehouses and then basically watching it sell. Then there's anline arbitrage, which is similar to buying a rathe an buying from a physical store in the U.S. There's also private label, where you can launch your own brand on amazon. Each one of those has its pros and cons - we've done em all.
