Is There Any Such Thing as Free Will?

Since the big bang, all matter is reacting with each other. And so if you see things like that, then yeah, there's no such thing as free will, it's all just this cause and effect chain. So I don't know if no free will means there's no evil. What is evil? This is the question. It's based on a value system which says 'evil' can only come from outside people.
