Leveridge: It took many years before i got to, got to pay the point where i could confidently or successfully coached myself through it. I had to rely on other people coaching me for a very long time before i started to build a lot of those habits. Leverage friends. Find that help in so many different ways. And start with the little things like you're talking about. You know, changing your posture then actually creates different chemical interactions within your body. Without going into the science, which love, but might four hours here, over a period of several minutes, really does change how you feel. So i love that point so much.
