How to Get Lean in a Sustainable Low-Efficiency Fashion

I haven't done a lean bulk in a while because I'm not going to really gain much of anything anyway. But that's probably how I would approach it. Yeah and it only works to a certain point though especially a very effective metabolism for me you know when I end the cut at like 2000 calories. And then I have for the bulk has to go up to 4000 and above it very quickly. Well I'm already eating a lot of food to that point but 2000 calories so I definitely cannot double that.
