The screen shots that were shared by lapsus inside octor's back end were taken from a support engineer's computer to which the threat actors gained access via the remote destop proticle. Octor confidently believes that its own systems were not actually breached as part of the tack. So yes, i mean, it's not a great but i feel like this is one where octors seem to be on the right side of it, as long as the description that they're giving is is not too rosy ando remains kind of truthful.
