frequency, much more than other variables, is one that you need to experiment with. You very well may find that for, you know, certain lifts, lower frequencies work weigh better than higher frequencies for you. So when you see no mean difference in the literature, that always means this is something worth experitment or not sometimes that's too strong of statement. That often means this is a variable worth experimenting with.
