Is There a Bottom in the Market?
The Dow was down just under 100 points today in fact this was the first down day of the week we had a strong market on both Monday and Tuesday. What I think is happening and has been happening is early in the week you get a lot of rallies based on hope we don't have a crash coming in, says Peter Schiff. "As long as people are hoping that the bottom is in we're not going to have a bottom," he adds.
