What Are the Implications for HR and Safety?
Risk is the language of leadership, especially now. And so what you're doing there is taking this thing that was always a bit weird and fuzzy and people didn't really know how to talk about it. But my hope is that that will raise the credibility and get more airtime, so to speak, at the C-suite. If we get this right, it's going to reduce all the friction and all the sludge that sucks the life out of us or works on times. I think this kind of more scientific, rigorous approach to figuring out systemic drivers could allow businesses to run more efficiently and more humanely.
