Lagos: The Silicon Valley of Africa

Do you think Lagos really could become as some people have suggested, the Silicon Valley of Africa? Because there are other cities like Cairo and elsewhere that are vying for that status too. There's another question about itana, isn't there? It is essentially not subject to Nigerian taxation law. Also, I think the most important thing to keep in mind at the end of the day is that the activity that happens here not only creates jobs, but allows the country to desperately need that foreign income.
