So I love how clearly you lay that out and how you bring it into the field of mental health. And speaking of books, well, of course, linked to yours in the show notes, I'm curious if there is a book or a number of books that have profoundly impacted you and if so, what they are and why. If I had to pick one book, I would have to say it was the Hopkins diet.
