Well, you know, its things are growing out of control, out of regulation. And what's going up? It's growing ex penintially, the number of launches,. The number of things that we're putting up in specially near orbit, nearerths orbit. We just want to have an environment where it doesn't become too dangerous to launch the satellites that are so keyed to or humanness.
