AI and the Future of Science Fiction

When we talk about AI and science fiction, we're talking about something very different than what we mean when we say AI in the context of current technology. Facebook would like to have us believe that AI will be able to identify disinformation and and call it in an automated fashion. Is that a potential fertile field for science fiction to address that issue? You've addressed so many philosophical issues about this in the past. Are there some ideas that prop up in terms of what AI can do or at least what we can do so that AI doesn't harm?
